How quickly can you deliver to my office?
Standard in-stock consumables ship same day for most of Michigan, with next-day or two-day delivery depending on your location. Capital equipment lead times depend on the manufacturer, but we confirm firm delivery dates before you commit.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We have month-to-month managed supply programs and order-as-you-go pricing. If you aren't seeing value, you can walk. We're confident enough in our service to let the service keep the account.
Can you match or beat our current vendor's pricing?
In most cases, yes. Send us your current invoice or a line-item list, and we'll benchmark honestly. If we can't be competitive on price, we'll tell you upfront rather than waste your time.
Is your equipment FDA-compliant?
Every SKU we sell is sourced through FDA-compliant, manufacturer-authorized channels. We can provide full documentation (lot numbers, certificates of authenticity, compliance records) for compliance officers on request.
